Haji Rais is the visionary behind The Rabs Route Foundation. With decades of experience in community welfare and social service, he has been a guiding force in empowering the underprivileged. His compassion for orphans, widows, and the needy has driven the foundation’s mission from day one. As Chairman, he continues to lead with humility, dedication, and a deep-rooted belief in humanity and justice for all.
Kashif Ahmed
Kashif Ahmed brings a powerful blend of strategy and service to the foundation. With a background in grassroots program development and logistics, he ensures that every project runs smoothly and reaches those who need it most. His calm leadership and commitment to transparency have made him an essential pillar in turning vision into action on the ground.
Sami Shaikh
Sami Shaikh plays a key role in connecting The Rabs Route Foundation with the communities it serves. His ability to listen, understand, and respond to real-time needs makes him a bridge between our mission and the people. With strong field experience and a heart for service, Sami ensures that no voice goes unheard and no family goes unnoticed.
