Mr. Santanu Mishra
Mr Santanu Mishra, a law graduate, Company Secretary, and alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A), specialises in strategic management, enterprise transformation, and institution building.
With over two decades of experience at leadership level in the corporate sector he established his own practice as a Management Consultant, collaborating with numerous Indian and global brands.
In 2002, Mr Mishra joined hands with some of his like-minded friends to set up Smile Foundation. He has spearheaded the scaling up of the organization since inception, helping it evolve from an idea to an Indian social institution of repute.
Mr. Munish Kumar M
A Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and Company Secretary, Mr Munish Kumar specialises in Strategic Management Consulting, International Finance, and Entrepreneurship Development. As an investor and philanthropist, he has multidimensional exposure across multiple sectors in India and abroad.
He has been associated with various charitable organisations and social causes aimed at alleviating social malaise and bridging disparities in society through initiatives in education, healthcare, livelihood, and capacity building for the past two decades.
Mr. Yogesh K. Jagia
Mr Jagia is a law graduate from Delhi University and has been practising as a lawyer for over 35 years, specialising in Economic and Corporate Laws. He appears before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities across the country, including High Courts and NCLAT, and represents clients both in India and abroad.
A firm believer in Individual Social Responsibility, he contributes to social causes quietly yet meaningfully. He has been associated with Smile Foundation since its inception.
Mr. Praveen Gupta
Mr Praveen, an alumnus of Sri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics (MBE) from Delhi University.
At the start of his career, he worked in Structured Capital Finance, specialising in raising debt from Indian banks and financial institutions on behalf of his clients. He later transitioned to proprietary equity investment, focusing on scalable small and mid-cap companies in need of growth capital, collaborating with family offices and HNI investors.
In 2009, he co-founded a boutique investment banking platform specialising in investment banking, corporate finance, and financial advisory services. His company has successfully raised significant capital for Indian issuers from both offshore and domestic sources.
A strong advocate for social causes, he has been a founding member of Smile Foundation since 2005.
Mr. Ashok Chaudhary
Mr Chaudhary is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant by education. He has been practising as a Chartered Accountant in Delhi for over 30 years.
Alongside his professional practice, he is actively involved in investment research, with extensive knowledge across various industries in India. He also frequently takes on the role of an investor.
As part of his commitment to giving back, he serves as a trustee of Smile Foundation.
